Fender Eric Clapton Stratocaster Blackie 1989 Black/White Fender Lace Gold Sensors

This guitar is in very good playing condition. It includes everything you see in the pictures:

This guitar has been in storage for years and was unplayable when I took it out. The battery was blown, so I replaced it and soldered a new battery cable. It plays very well now. The pots work perfectly with no noise. No hum and only slight buzzing on the bass strings. The buzzing can be adjusted or removed to taste with the truss rod. I do not have a lot of experience with Fenders so I am not sure how the switch is supposed to work. Currently, it acts as a kill switch. Someone may have wired it that way as I don't think it is supposed to be like that. Turning the switch up produces a bassy, solid sound with tons of character, turning it down produces a trebly sound - excellent for country or rock. The middle setting produces no sound.
