This is an AWESOME SML Gold Medal professional tenor saxophone.
The SML saxes are the 'other' French saxophone and have a very strong following of dedicated players. They blow LOUD and have that sweet tone quality that can be so hard to find. This sax is in very nice condition. Silver plate is original and is about 75% present with wear here and there, but it looks pretty good. Pads and action feel quite good, and this horn plays well as is.
