This is a 1996 USA custom shop Dean V from the transition period in Florida. I called the custom shop about it. Gave them the serial # and they informed me that in 1996 they had a luthier that was stamping the # on the fretboard and that it was definitely a USA custom shop guitar. Very few were made in this timeframe and only made from quality woods
