The name given to this instrument is the contraction of saz (Turkish) and bouzouki (Greek then Irish in the 1970s).
The Sazouk is a bouzouki which has the dimension of a 12-string guitar, the vibrating length has now been enlarged (760 mm), and has this very atypical shape.
The Sazouk has a more enveloped and less dry sound than with an Irish bouzouki.
Between the saz and the bouzouki, the sazouk therefore has great sound power and can support all the chords of the bouzouki.
Comes in a custom case and with quality Fishman amplification.
