DON'T COMPROMISE YOUR INSTRUMENT'S CARE   Hodge oboe swabs can clean the entire instrument fully assembled. They feature a second safety cord on the back end, so that it can be pulled back out if it snags or bunches up.  All Hodge oboe swabs now use a straight weight instead of a ball chain.

  All Hodge silk swabs are made from 100% silk and come in a variety of colors.  Silk is very absorbent, soaking up water in instruments better than any other natural material on the market, including both cotton and chamois.  Most uniquely, silk is also very compressible, making it possible to pull through instruments with large variations in bore size.  Silk is also lint free - ensuring your instrument is actually clean when you use your swab!
