The Yamaha CD-S2100, released in 2014, is an audiophile-targeting high-fidelity SACD and CD player that’s part of Yamaha’s well-respected Natural Sound series. It features L/R independent digital and analog circuits with 32-bit ESS DACs. Signal transmission loss is eliminated by integrated power supplies and screw-type connections in the digital and analog circuitry. The disc drive and loading mechanism are highly precise and provide accurate signal readout and vibrational resistance. Another excellent feature is the device’s USB DAC function, so you can take advantage of the great DACs in this device with your other digital media. Overall, it’s a superb unit from Yamaha, known for their quality in sound and construction.

This CD player is in very good condition, with minor signs of use and aging, including some minor scratches and scuffs (please see photos). This player works perfectly and has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation.
