Used - Good Condition
  • Body: the body has some easily noticeable scuff marks, scratches, dings, and dents--moderate buckle rash; the pickguard, tremolo cover, and the neckplate show some obvious scratches from normal use
  • Neck, Fretboard, and Headstock: the fretboard looks virtually flawless; the back of the neck has a number of small dings and dents as well as a large dent at about the 3rd fret position, however these should not affect functioning or playability; the headstock shows some small scuff marks, scrapes, and dings on the front, back, and sides, plus the finish has chipped off in a few noticeable spots around the edges of the headstock overlay
  • Action and Playability: the action is about medium, plus the neck is straight and the truss rod functions flawlessly
  • Frets: moderate to slightly heavy wear with some grooves formed in the first three frets, however there is no fret out/buzzing at this time
  • Hardware: the casing for the D-tuner has a dent in the center, but still functions properly--the rest of the tuners look great; the bridge, saddles (one of which is not original), and the string trees show some noticeable spots of rust, however the tremolo arms looks great although does hit the Tone knob due to the potentiometer being too tall; the neckplate has some scratches on it
  • Electronics: all functions flawlessly, but it should be noted that the Tone pot is an aftermarket addition and is too tall as the tremolo arm hits it, plus the original knobs have been replaced with speed knobs
  • Includes: electric guitar and tremolo arm (case/gig bag not included)

  • Made in Japan
Made at the legendary Fuji-Gen Gakki plant in Japan circa 1985-1986, this sleek looking Squier Strat is ready tp shred! Originally this ST-331 had just a single humbucker and a Volume knob, however at some point this guitar had been modded to included a Tone knob (which is too tall as the tremolo arm does run into it). As that as an added bonus to the simple, but great sounding, and easy playing feel of this Squier you can really get down to some major riffs and blistering leads. And, you'll look like a ninja doing it thanks to the stealthy looking gloss black finish, black pickguard, and gloss black headstock overlay!
