is a Single-Ended tube rectified EZ80 guitar amplifier, with preamp tube 12AX7, and for output is, of course, the venerable, with a very thick tone, and straight edge, EL84 tube. L6 has a clean, rich full of harmonics headroom up to about 10 o'clock. From there to 12 o'clock, you are beginning to hear all these warm things, but after midnight is amazing a saturated EL84 tube and output transformer combination. This is a very loud 6-watt guitar amplifier with a contoured body in the bass with big bottom, full and rich crisp mids, and smooth-shaped treble. L6 retains all the tonal nuances of your guitar and is subtle and yet capable of amazing attack power, and pushing you to play more and more..... When you play you feel the amazing vibrancy of the instrument without any borders. The tonal characteristics and dynamics of the guitar are maintained and clear. Sustain is natural and warm, with huge air sound.

L6 is entirely handmade. All the wiring is a point to point on solid round head copper rivets put in pretax plates. Hand-rolled transformers on old pure ferrite EI cores. The variety of sounds that come from the minimalist, tone contour, and volume control, of the L6 is amazing. You don't need a loud and noisy amp to get powerful sound......only L6 full tube amp.
