For your consideration is a rare USA Hamer Chaparral Max 4-string bass with original hardshell case, in excellent cosmetic and perfect working condition. From a collector, stored, detuned in its case, this ultra-rare Hamer is super clean, and shows only light playwear upon close inspection. Has finish checking in some areas, but would need to look closely to spot it. Plays beautifully with effortless action up and down the fretboard, and sounds wonderful with the EMG pickups, this one is ready to go out of the case, and is one of the easiest playing basses I’ve ever played. The quilted maple on this one is ridiculous. Pics do not do it justice. Quality craftsmanship all the way around. These vintage USA Hamers are some of the best made instruments around. Simply wonderful.
