Otwin acoustic 40s

Vintage german acoustic guitar. I identify it as Otwin brand based on the combination of hardware, characteristic for this brand, and the remains of the stamp inside (see pictures). 
Flat top, arched back.
Neck-to-body joint was professionally glued. Sounds beautiful.
Guitar is playable and sounds beautiful, yet original frets, brass, have little resource left.
