This is a real piece of guitar history.
The famous, very rare and much desired Levin De Luxe. All original. Made in Sweden in 1956. The hand-carved top and back, quality of the woods, the mother-of-pearl inlays, the gold hardware and the sound is truly world class. These almost always came just acoustically, though this one was built with a pickup, one of the only ones of its kind. Well known after the greatest guitarist of his generation Django Reinhardt played one. It's even included in the book '1000 Guitars to Play Before You Die'.

It's in good condition, though there are a few scratches, the binding has cracked in places and there's a slight bit of corrosion on the screw that fixes the scratch plate in place. I've tried to include as many photos as I can of these. All in all it's a little worn but still in great condition for a 65 year old guitar.
I've included a picture of the specs from the original Levin catalogue at the time of its build.
This would be great as a classy Jazz guitar, or as a wise investment as these are only going to increase in value. Though when I bought it I vowed never to sell such a rare item, needs must, and I would like it to go to a good home.
It even comes with its original hard case - though I must say that this is very worn, a few of the latches are broken and the original cover that it supposed to zip up is not useable. It's still quite extraordinary that it's been partnered with it this whole time.
Collection would be the most sensible option, though I could try and arrange a delivery, though this is of course at the buyers risk.
