If you know to look for it, chances are you know exactly what this is. If not check out vintage synth explorer and the many awesome YT vids on this thing. Its basically two voices of the CS80 & sounds identical.
This particular unit has moderate signs of wear featuring many mild scratches and dings to the fake wood trim. Also the memory LEDs are non functional but it does save patches. Just be aware that on saved patches only the lighter colored knobs can be tweaked after a patch is saved. That said everything else works flawlessly once its had a chance to warm up for about ten minutes as with most vintage gear. Recently tuned up at Switched On & given the functional thumbs up by their amazing vintage synth techs.
This was mostly remote controlled using a Kenton pro2000 so the KB has low milage on it but is still pretty old. It features inputs for Gate/pitch CV for both voices and they can be played separately w such a setup although they'll be the same program w single output. Also has volume and filter CV inputs for maximum analog control. Tune is stable and the sound is amazing. No ground hum, just be sure n use a lifted jack as its mono out.
I'm making room in the studio and thinning the heard as I move more towards recording than synth artistry. Its yours if you want it. :)
This puppy is incredibly heavy so it'll be at LEAST $100 to ship, not to mention how much bubble wrap & foam its going to take to keep this crystal freighter in one piece while in the hands of shipping personnel. Trust that I've done this many times before and I definitely OVERSECURE vintage gear from falls. I pack using no less than five layers of bubble wrap just to start. Seriously you'll be annoyed while unpacking but happy it works on arrival.
No I'll not accept best offers. I thought about including what Ive spent on maintenance but decided that'd be a lil outrageous. I'm just trying to get back what I paid for the thing a few years ago. Its actually in better shape than when I got it.
Thanks for looking & ENJOY!!!
