Very rare piece from D*A*M- 1 of 2 made
The other looked slightly different and had a different transistor set up
This one loaded with Mullard branded OC82DMs. It sounds near identical to my vintage Sola sound MK2.
Exceptional hammerite finish on this one
It is based on the Sola sound MK2 that was issued under the Vox banner. These were Sola Sound MK2s with a black line striking the Sola sound label and Vox above this. Please see the photos of the the original for reference- not for sale- just to demonstrate what the original looked like. Very few known surviving examples of those originals. The DAM version aptly renamed accordingly. True to the original you can see the Sola sound branding popping out from under the strip an opportunity to own a very rare unit made by the great fuzz master
