Used but in very good condition. I got this pedal from a guitar shop where it was being used as the floor model. It was bolted to a rack for customers to test out. That's why the screws on the bottom are 2 different types. Since I got it from the shop it has only been used in my home. Pedal only, no AC Adapter, box or instructions.
