Brass Horn Mouthpiece adaptor. I don't know the maker, but a model show 195F.
Hand written on the bag is for French Horn or Alto Horn. 12-16-2023 Someone who owns one of these sent me a message. I see now it says French Horn ON Alto Horn. So this is to use a French Horn mouthpiece and be able to play an Alto Horn. Thanks to someone who has one of these, uses it, and knows more about it than me!
