This is a top of the line, (special ordered) Custom 24 from 1997 with the “Regular” neck shape (“pattern” is what they call it now but the older ones are different...smaller...especially at the neck heel), Flame Maple Sunburst (10) Top, Bird inlays, and a Semi-Hollow body. It feels and sounds amazing!
It is incredibly versatile and stays in tune great...even using the whammy bar (as long as you’ve got fairly fresh strings)...and I do mean really using the whammy bar. It’s set up for 9-46’s so most sets of nines or tens should work...or you can always get it re-set up to your own personal tastes (which is always recommended).
Except for a few dings, this guitar is in excellent condition. It weighs in at 7.8 pounds (according to my digital scale) and is a quarter inch thicker than a “standard” PRS Custom. The case is in near perfect condition and even has the keys and truss rod wrench).
I have over a quarter century experience selling and shipping guitars (with less than a handful of bad experiences over all those years...and this one is a personal guitar...that should tell you something if you’re still wondering just how cool this guitar is).
