The Gold Tone CC-100R Cripple Creek Resonator Banjo is the ideal choice for players just starting their banjo journey—offering outstanding versatility, craftsmanship, and value. Designed with beginner comfort and long-term potential in mind, the CC-100R features a natural blonde finish and a resonator that can be easily removed for traditional openback playing. This convertible design means you can explore a range of styles with just one banjo.

A hard maple neck and multi-ply maple rim deliver clear, resonant tone, while dual coordinator rods and a two-way adjustable truss rod ensure solid structural integrity and playability. Planetary tuners, a Zero Glide nut, and an ebony-capped maple bridge round out the features that make this an instrument with pro-level details at a beginner-friendly price. Set up in Gold Tone's Florida shop, it’s ready to play straight out of the box.
