We LOVE the weird and unusual at Southside, and aren't often stumped but this one is a mystery to us. Looks similar to SoCal creations by Barth and Magnatone, and the neck is very Ric like - but its a total mystery to us. If you know who manufactured this let us know. Its in great shape and its a great guitar. Similar to the Magnatone Typhoon series of guitars. It comes with a non original case
