Fender Compugilist Compressor & Distortion Pedal

The Fender Compugilist Compressor & Distortion Pedal combines two essential effects into one pedalboard friendly box, it's all analogue with independently switchable effects to use solo or stacked and straightforward easy to dial in controls.

The distortion is one side of their Pugilist pedal with Gain, Tone and Level controls to shape the sound along with a Bass Boost switch to increase tonal fatness by adding a healthy dose of extra bass and lower midrange energy (great for very clean amps).

The compression side is based off their The Bends pedal, the Compression control affects how much compression is applied to the signal (the G.R. gain reduction LED will light up when compression is occurring), the Recovery control adjusts how much time it takes for the compressor to return to the original gain amount once playing has stopped (longer settings tend to sound more natural, shorter settings tend to sound more exciting), the level knob controls the output of the compressor and allows for a clean boost and there's some clever circuitry inside which gives the compressor a very fast response time.

The Fender Compugilist Pedal features LED lit knobs that make viewing the current settings very easy in a dark environment (switchable on/off), a magnetically latched battery door at the front of the pedal makes changing batteries super quick, no screwdriver required, and a low battery indicator LED on the front of the door lights up to show when the battery needs replacing.
