This cello was made for and adjusted by Robert Cauer whose famed violin shop is based in Los Angeles, California. It is a professional level 7/8-size cello whose previous owner paid upwards of $3,000 to purchase it from Cauer's shop in 1999. It has obtained some dings and scratches over the years, which is to be expected (see photos) but is in good playing condition overall. It comes with a padded gig bag and well used John Brasil bow.
