This is a 1995 Mexican Standard Stratocaster “Squier Series”. According to internet lore, these guitars were the same American bodies and necks the base Mexican Standards used, but with Japanese or Korean electronics. This particular guitar plays and sounds great. It has a couple spots of finish chipping under the strings at the second feet and various small scuffs and scratches (pictured).
