About This Listing

Note: Since we stay busy just keeping stocked with our relic models, we do not do custom work, take orders or do relic jobs on customers' guitars.

Stand out in the crowd with this new 2020 Relic Fender Vintera 60's Modified Telecaster electric guitar relic'd by Nate's Relic Guitars. The beautiful Road Worn Surf Green finish gives it that vintage look and feel of a road worn instrument. This is a new 2020 model that has been relic'd to look old and has some modifications including the upgraded neck, pickups, tuners, 3 way switch, treble bleed circuit and capacitor. Features a gorgeous Fender roasted maple Vintera 60's neck with medium jumbo frets. The 21 frets are in new condition and have been leveled and polished with rounded edges to assure very smooth play. The neck is resistant to humidity and features a synthetic bone nut, 9.5 radius and classic "spaghetti" Fender logo (neck costs $349.99). Slim 60's C profile neck measures 1 5/8" wide at nut, depth measures .812" at first fret and .895" at 12th fret. Professional Luthier set up with low action and new Ernie Ball 10-46 strings. Intonated and ready to gig. Loaded with Fender Alnico Road Worn 50's pickups that deliver the legendary Tele tone (see link below to hear this guitar). 6.0k neck pickup and 8.1k bridge pickup ratings. Everything works and sounds Awesome. Electronics include full size CTS 250k pots, upgraded Orange drop capacitor, 3-way Oak Grigsby switch and treble bleed circuit (See close-up picture to view the electronics). The Orange Drop capacitor is the premier capacitor for old school vintage tone and the treble bleed circuit allows the volume to be turned down without losing tone. Equipped with Fender vintage style ashtray bridge and compensated saddles. The Fender Vintera 60's body is solid alder and measures 1 3/4" thick. Total guitar weight is 7 lbs. 15 oz. Features quality relic Q-Parts tuners that hold tune tightly. Many hours have gone into finishing this guitar with attention to detail including the relic hardware. Comes with plenty of dents, crazing, chips, cracks, blemishes wear and rust! Includes a nice padded Fender gig bag. This was finished in our USA (Georgia) Custom Guitar Shop. Check us out on the web at Nate's Relic Guitars and read our feedback from customers who have bought one and sometimes two or three of our guitars. I build Relic Guitars for my living and have sold over 530 of them to happy customers. Since playing styles vary, you may have to make some adjustments to the guitar to suit your style, like adjusting the neck and bridge. If you like lower or higher action, it is very simple to adjust and we will be happy to assist you in adjusting the bridge saddles. Changes in temperature and humidity during shipment may occur and also cause the guitar to need adjustments. We do not give refunds for any costs associated with setups or adjustments made to the guitar. We ship to 50 US States only. We do not accept offers. Shipping cost and selling price are firm. -Thanks
