Telefunken Elektroakustik ELA M 260 Stereo Set
The Stereo Set was first introduced in 1958 by Gotham Audio as a package for the Neumann U-47 and U-48 microphones that were distributed in the United States by Gotham Audio. Telefunken Elektroakustik liked the idea, so 53 years later, the concept was reborn.
Arguably one of the finest sounding small diaphragm tube microphones in the industry, the ELA M 260 is now available in matched sets allowing for a variety of different stereo microphone techniques. Developed for use on acoustic instruments and classical ensembles, the ELA M 260 STEREO SET features two complete microphones, each provided with TK60 cardioid, TK61 omni and TK62 hyper-cardioid capsules, two 25’ tube mic cables, two elastic shock mounts and a custom dual 960S power supply capable of powering both microphones at the same time. The entire system is packaged in a locking flight case.
