Here is a stunning 1957 Martin 00-21 in its original natural finish. This model features a 12 fret 00 body, spruce top with gorgeous Brazilian rosewood back and sides, Brazilian fingerboard bridge and headstock overlay, tortoise pickguard, and a larger nut width of 1 29/32 (48.59mm).
This instrument has had a neck reset in its life and has plenty of saddle on the bridge. There is an expertly repaired hairline crack located near the bridge alongside the pickguard which is a common spot for such a crack. There is also a repaired top crack located on the bass side of the lower bout on the face of the body.
This 00-21 plays exceptionally well and sounds rich and beautiful. Comes complete with a vintage hard case in very good, lightly road worn, condition. All latches work great.
