Strumento versatile, perfetto per il chitarrista blues, rockabilly e jazz. L'elettronica consta di una coppia di pickup Epiphone SwingBucker, appositamente concepiti per questo modello, e di controlli push/pull per passare da circuitazione in serie a parallelo.
Il timbro, rispetto ad una tradizionale chitarra hollowbody, presenta una punta di brillantezza in più, caratteristica che la rende più definita ed incisiva anche sugli overdrive.
