Victor QL-A7: An attractive "Golden Era" direct-drive turntable!
Item Description
The Victor QL-A7, released in 1978 during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment, is a wonderful direct drive Japanese turntable. Although the QL-A7 is not as well known outside Japan, the turntable is great, with low rumble (73 dB) and a wow and flutter of <0.025% (WRMS). The QL-A7 features a gorgeous oversized platter and a DC servo motor, for ultra-stable platter rotation. Additionally, this turntable has as a handsome vintage design.
This turntable is in very good condition, with some expected signs of aging, including some minor scratches and other stains (please see photos). This turntable has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. The 33 and 45 settings both work perfectly, and the platter rotation is like clockwork, as expected from Japanese products of this era, which were built for a lifetime of operation. It doesn't come with cartridge and headshell.
