The Retro is a small amp head that packs a punch. With sparkling cleans all the way up to thick, vintage style overdrive, the Retro makes a perfect practice amp - even if practice includes a band. 

While the Retro is a 3/4w amp head, it packs a lot of volume - even enough to hold its own with a drummer. At the same time, the volume control allows you to tone it down, keeping the volume lower, yet retaining a great guitar tone. You can power the Retro with the 9v power supply jack on the back of the amp (any Boss Style 9v adapter will work!) or with a 9v battery, which will last around a month with normal use. 

The Retro can push any 8 or 16 ohm speaker cabinet. From simple 1x12's up to even a beastly 8x12. Our test rig uses a Marshall 4x12 with great results. Not only that, but it's guitar, bass, and effects friendly.
