Perhaps, Bacchus instruments are my favorite among Japanese manufacturers today.
They take good care of the classic Fender models, but add their own nuances that make the guitars unique and more playable.
This guitar is from the Hand Made series, from the top line of this brand.
The classic Fender Jazzmaster/Jaguar offset is taken as a basis and supplemented with modern details: body bevel to the heel of the neck, easy access to the truss rod, two powerful humbuckers with coil cut-off to the single coil (push-pull in the tone knob), and the body itself has become less bulky.
The instrument turned out to be truly versatile, it is suitable for argressive playing and for more calm and melodic genres.

The instrument is in good shape, with some lacquer chips and scratches on the body and neck, but nothing interferes with good playing. The metal parts are somewhat scratched. There are dents, scratches, paint peeling, rust, and feeling of usage. Sound with no problem.
At the current state of the frets, when the strings are clamped at the 1st and 2nd frets, there is a slight bounce and clang.

You may need and replace the strings to your liking and do slight further setup on the guitar to get it to match your preferences but now everything works in a proper way and the guitar is set up perfectly for me.
