The Squier Affinity Stratocaster has been given some upgrades and is now better than ever. Featuring classic Strat design, easy playability and some modern refinements, the Squier Affinity Strat is the perfect gateway into the Fender family. The Squier Affinity Stratocaster FMT goes one step further by adding a stunning flame maple top and a powerful bridge position humbucker.

Featuring a slim, lightweight, poplar body the Strat's profile is instantly recognisable as one of the most iconic guitar designs of all time. The comfy, contoured body is paired with a 'C' profile, satin finished, maple neck. This is capped with a maple fretboard that is fitted with 21 medium jumbo frets and inlaid with dot position markers.

The Affinity Strat FMT delivers its classic Fender tones via the help of a pair of newly voiced Ceramic Single Coil pickups in the neck and middle positions, and a Ceramic humbucker adding power and sustain in the bridge position. The pickups are wired through the traditional volume/ volume/ tone controls and five way selector switch.

Hardware comprises an upgraded modern 2 point tremolo bridge - delivering improved intonation, sustain and a smoother action, and a set of newly improved sealed-gear, split shaft tuners.
