If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.
*****There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.
******If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier.
