Another great vintage guitar from my personal collection of 1200+ custom and vintage guitars and amplifiers. I am not a dealer. I only bought the best, so I only sell the best.

This one comes from my “MICRO-FRETS COLLECTION.” I believe Micro-Frets guitars and basses (very rare) are among the top five most undervalued collectible vintage guitars in the marketplace today. This is one to add to your current Micro-Frets collection or to begin your collection.  Also, I am selling other pieces from this collection that will be coming here on Reverb.com over the next week. I will considertrades. Please send me a message if interested and I can explain how it works on Reverb.

THIS GUITAR:

Micro-Frets

Stage II Bass

Very rare early Micro-Frets Bass Guitar from 1969. One pickup model.

Details:

1.     Nonsymmetrical cutaway body.

2.     Two part body “pancaked together”.

3.     One “Hi-Fi” pickup with natural tone.

4.     Schaller chrome tuners.

5.     Micro-Fret “MicroNut”.

6.     Maple neck with Rosewood fretboard.

CONDITION:

This guitar is in excellent condition. I would call it mint were it not for a few dents (one on neck) and scratches that have come naturally to it being handled over the past 55 years. It does not show any real play wear. Frets are great, fretboard looks unplayed, and it generally has the appearance of a new old stock guitar. The case is original but is in fair shape. It has protected this guitar well over its life.
