Beautiful! Great example of a Takamine "lawsuit" D28 copy in remarkably good condition for a 38 year old guitar. Made in Japan in 1982 ( per serial number).

Sound is lively, warm and resonant as you would expect from a nicely broken in and aged guitar of this type. Setup with Martin SP 11's. Action is 7/64 at 12th fret on low E. and easy to play.

Original Martin style logo on headstock ( this is one of the  last models to be made before Takamine were forced to change the logo style). Although these are referred to as "Lawsuit" guitars there was no lawsuit as such - just a cease and desist letter from Martin).

Comes with original hard case and owners manual. Case is showing it's age. some corrosion on the latches but they all work ( there is no key).

There are are some indentations on the top, i've tried to show them in the photos and some minor nicks to the neck and headstock. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

cheers
