Thank you for taking the time to visit Blues Angel Music's Reverb store! Blues Angel Music, est. in 1997 in Pensacola, Florida, has been named by NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) as one of the "TOP 100" music stores in the USA since 2011!!! Your satisfaction is our #1 objective! Today, we're very pleased to offer this Vintage Late '60s / Early '70s Yamaha TA-30 Combo Guitar Amplifier! This super-rare amp with Natural Sound Speaker has been fully serviced and is in 100% working condition! Our in-house Master Electrician changed out 3 transistors and 29 capacitors (pic 12), making it fully functional. It is missing the door on the back panel and shows normal wear one would expect with vintage gear, but is in overall good shape! Reverb/tremolo footswitches not included. Works and sounds amazing! Seriously. the build quality of this made in Japan vintage amplifier is astounding. The tonal quality is equally amazing. This "human ear shaped, molded styrofoam speaker is incredibly durable, and has amazing frequency response. Though just one single speaker, the shape and manufacturing specifics make it sound like a 3 way, hi-fi system. In fact our 'super-tech Todd" ran his FM radio signal through it at moderately loud volume, and the sound quality was astounding. I would use this amplifier to function as a home stereo system!!! It's that good!!!
I'm also astounded by the material and build quality of this amplifier. Nothing is built this well any more. Simply amazing!
