Ibanez PGM301 2005 White

Ibanez Paul Gilbert model for sale. I bought it new in 2005 and it comes with the 5 piece neck. It also comes in it's original Team J Craft case. This was made for 3 years and is, in my opinion, the best shred machine made ever - it's the easiest guitar to play as the neck is amazing. It was professionally set up about 10 years ago and has been super stable.

Only selling because I am moving and don't want to transport so many instruments.

It has a small dent on the neck joint and a hairline crack. These dont affect the stability of the neck joint. It is also has a tiny surface scratch on the edge of the belly cut that I have tried to show in the photos. The rest of it is totally mint.

The PGM301 is a  solid body electric guitar model introduced by  in late 2003. It is a  model of American hard rock/ heavy metal guitarist . It was made in Japan by FujiGen and is based on the  platform.

The PGM301 features a basswood body with painted f-holes bolted to a maple neck with a reverse headstock and a 24-fret maple fingerboard with black dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio pickups with a pair of PAF Pro  flanking a JEM , a Gotoh GTC101 fixed bridge with through-body string routing and Gotoh tuning machines.

For 2005 the one-piece maple neck was replaced with a five-piece laminated maple and walnut construction.

The  is a similar model with a tremolo bridge. The story goes that Gilbert himself made the first PGM301 by replacing the tremolo on one of his PGM300s with a fixed bridge.

The PGM301 was discontinued after 2008 in favor of the .
