Andy Manson Sandpiper 1982 Spruce and rosewood

This is a handmade Sandpiper model acoustic guitar by the master luthier Andy Manson. It was made in 1982, from spruce and rosewood. Excellent condition. Includes a hiscox manson white leather case.

Andy Manson created the iconic triple neck instrument for John Paul Jones of Led Zeppelin in 1976, which was used extensively during Led Zeppelin’s acoustic sets. Other Manson instruments were crafted too for Led Zeppelin, Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull, Andy Summers of The Police, and many other incredible musicians
