Ready to plug in and play.  Works beautifully and is in great shape for its age.

Issues:  Aside from minor cosmetic issues (see photos) there are two hairline fractures in the plastic chassis where a previous tech overtightened the case screws.  Include this damage in detail in the photos.

Shipping to anywhere in the lower 48.  Inquire for international shipping.  Due to the age and provenance of this unit, no returns will be accepted.
