We are the original purchaser of this instrument from the manufacturer.  It has been kept in our vault room in a humidity controlled environment for the duration of the time that we've owned it.  It is in mint condition.  The guitar plays great and has no signs of wear and tear.  There is a small finish imperfection on the side where it rests under your arm.  It is barely noticeable but we did attach a photo of the imperfection, it is the last photo listed.  Any other questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask.
