Up for sale is a super cool and rare late 60’s left handed Hagstrom F-400 short scale electric bass in very good condition and perfect working order. This axe plays amazingly with low action, very minimal buzzing and the original pickups sound great!

Cosmetically, this instrument is very clean for its age but doesn’t have some play wear. Just the usual culprits: there are some tiny dings scattered around, swirl marks, light scratches in the clear coat and finish checking. The original frets look great without much discernible wear. See pics for condition. Comes with the original chipboard case. All four latches work perfectly but all three hinges on the opposite side have detached. The lid to the case closes and stays on just fine but will be taped for the journey.
