Item Description

The platter is driven by a super-low-speed direct current motor, which stabilizes rotation and eliminates pitch noise from fluctuations in the power supply voltage. The direct-drive motor has great torque and a low startup time. Rotation speed can be electronically finely adjusted by 10% for both speed settings. With impressive technical specs, such as a wow and flutter of < 0.03% WRMS and an SNR of 70dB (DIN45539B), the SP-12 has achieved a phenomenal reputation in the following years. This turntable is in very good condition, with minor aging (see pictures), including a few scratches and discolorations. However, it has been tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. All settings work perfectly, and the platter rotation is stable. Please see dust cover policy below.
