This is a 1988 Schoenberg Soloist. It is one of the legendary guitars built for Eric Schoenberg by Dana Bourgeois in partnership with Martin Guitars.
It is Brazilian Rosewood with a light Bear-Clawed Spruce top.
It was recently serviced by SF Guitarworks. They did a neck reset and new frets were installed as well as a Plek . The tuners were replaced with extremely nice 30:1 ration Gotoh 510 tuners. This work was done within the last year.
It has a 1 3/4" nut and a slim V profile.
There is finish crazing through out the the top.Please feel free to ask for additional details.
