Excellent condition, really near mint - this guitar has hardly been used. There is no fret wear to speak of and the body shows very light signs of ever being touched by a human. This is an ESP Standard, not an E-II.
The guitar has spent the majority of its life in a case in a clean, smoke free, home studio. If you'd like to play it before purchasing, I am located in NYC and welcome you to stop in to hear how it sounds. There are plenty of videos on youtube as well covering this particular guitar.
This ESP was beautifully constructed in Japan, it has very responsive stock Seymour Duncans (JB/59 combo) and a neck through design with a maple top. It plays smoothly and is just an all around beautiful instrument. It also has a stock coil tap for those that want a single coil feel.
The serial number is SS0931602. SS means it was built in the ESP Standard Factory. 09 denotes the year it was built - 2009. 31 denotes the 31st week of the year. 6 denotes the day of the week (1-7 possible). Finally, 02 denotes that this was the 2nd guitar off the line that day.
The guitar will ship packed in a brand new hard case with much care. Bubble wrap will keep it from moving around inside the case and it will be placed in a proper cardboard outer guitar box as well. Shipping will be from NYC via USPS priority mail and the package will be fully insured for the purchase price. If you're local, you may pick up and I'll subtract the shipping cost.
