Killer '87 ST-III, pre Class-Axe era. Equipped with an Ibanez Edge trem. Previously had a Roland GK pickup installed, so there are two small screw holes on either side of the bridge (pictured). Also a little wear just under the strings from the pick/strumming, hard to show in the photos but the finish is slightly rougher there. One tuner does not have the "Grover" stamp, it feels the same as the others but I'm guessing a previous owner may have replaced that one. Beautiful bare/oil neck with a thick rosewood fretboard. The bottom strap button has also been replaced with a black one, and a new hole drilled there.
I've never seen another in natural finish. This might be a great candidate to refin or turn into a sunburst since the body has a very thin/light coating, or keep it natural because there can't be many of these around.
Pickups appear to have gone through a few changes, the middle is the factory Dimarzio single coil, neck is a Seymour Duncan quarter pounder, and the bridge is some kind of OEM dimarzio with a cover on it - not sure what it is but it's not the stock OEM dimarzio, but it sounds pretty similar. Maybe a leftover part? or moved from another guitar? not sure - Dimarzio could not identify it when I sent in pictures, measures about 14k ohms.
No case for this one but will be extremely well packed to prevent damage. Shipping within the lower 48 only, but if you are outside of this area let me know and I can provide a shipping quote for you. Feel free to ask questions!
