The RD26 by Alvarez is an entry level guitar that features a laminated spruce top with mahogany back and sides in a Dreadnought body shape. This guitar features many of the same techniques and design elements as their higher end models, but, at a fraction of the price. By focusing efforts on good construction and components, Alvarez was able to create a surprisingly projective and rich tone typically not associated with laminated guitars. The included soft case makes the RD26 the ultimate package for beginners!
