About This Listing

The pulsating tremolo effect is perhaps the most magical of all guitar effects. The Violet Trem has a hand-calibrated and calibrated photocell in the center of the circuit, through which the buttery, "wet" tremolo sound can be produced that is known from the old tube amps. The Violet Trem has a volume control to compensate for the perceived volume loss when activating the effect. Or to adjust the boost volume, because when the intensity control is turned all the way to the left, the Violet Trem works like a booster or buffer, with all the well-known advantages of these effects. A switch allows you to choose between hard square and soft sine waveforms and thus two fundamentally different tremolo orientations that couldn't be more different: vintage meets modern - here Dick Dale surfs, there the “stutter” effect from Tom thunders Morello. And the status LED lights up pulsing at the speed of the tremolo waves.

Due to its true bypass circuit, the Violet Trem is absolutely sound-neutral when it is not activated.

Regulator:

SPEED: controls the speed of the tremolo waves.
INTENSITY: controls the depth of the tremolo waves.
VOLUME: controls the output volume of the pedal.
SOFT / HARD: switches between sine or square wave
