Epiphone Granada, 1964, SN#164541 with period aftermarket soft-shell case. The Epiphone Granada was an entry level hollow body electric guitar produced at the Kalamazoo factory alongside the Gibsons of the day. This particular guitar has been played very sparingly and the instrument shows signs of normal aging and slight play wear.
The guitar has had a minor fret dressing, polish and electronics cleaned. This little gem plays and sounds quite nice. The finish has aged wonderfully giving this guitar a vintage vibe all the way. It appears to be all original except for the aftermarket case. The Epiphone “E” is still proudly mounted on the raised pickguard. The guitar possesses some slight lacquer checking and a few areas where the finish has flaked off. The neck is straight and the truss rod is functional.
Although I have local pick-up specified, I am happy to ship the guitar at your expense, and will package it up and insure it properly.
