Selling a beautiful Heritage Golden Eagle in exceptional condition and perfect working order. Finished in a gloss nitro lacquer Antique natural top and comes with the original hardshell case. This Heritage Golden Eagle was made at the Gibson Kalamazoo, Michigan factory. After Gibson left their original factory in 1984, their employees purchased it and continued the legacy and pioneering spirit that defined Gibson's golden age. Patterned after the Gibson's L-5 in construction and craftsmanship. The Golden Eagle features a solid book matched hand carved fine grain quarter sawn spruce with flamed maple back and sides. It has a 17" wide body, Venetian cutaway and three-piece tiger flame maple neck, with solid ebony fingerboard with cloud fret markers. The neck is set for low action. This guitar has incredible tone and has been played sparingly.
