This great 14 fret single cone National is a classic! It has a steel body, formed back, and a unique painted "Barnyard Denim" BLUE finish, which, to my eye, has some purple or violet or indigo in it, depending on the light. Unbound Ebony fingerboard on a Mahogany neck, and slotted headstock with "NATIONAL" stamped on it. Great tone, a bit deeper and more fundamental than brass, a giant sound, and the beautiful blue finish. Loads of bonk and splang and a sweet reverberation that National is known for. Love these guitars!
