Comes with old soft gig bag.Yes Its Got Straight neck ..It plays Perfect Set up, Nice action great..Yes Pick ups Active.. pic shows electronics.. battery wrapped in paper tap.When i talked to philip about this bass he told me he had a body and neck for just what i was looking for..The nut is setup super low to fret board so you get a super smooth play and sound..So if you want a custom bass made by phil himself here ya go.. This bass will go up in value every year its a one of a kind.Nut width is 1-5/8 th of inch over all fretboard lenth from nut to end around 24 inches
