18" Black label 2002 Crash with no visible ink left.. weighs about 1430 grams and is a crash and the serial starts with 4, so it is from 1974. The center hole is a bit out of round (it has a little wear but NO CRACKS there or anywhere else). The edges have very mild roughness and mild unevenness / denting / waving that is all shown in the closeups but overall the edges are good. It is cosmetically pretty ugly and discolored and patina'd and there's some light scratches but nothing that really sticks out as far as scratching goes.
