1975 API Recording Console from A&M Studios. I am the second owner of this beauty, acquired from Herb Alpert in 2007 after it had been decommissioned in 1994 and stored at his foundation. Custom powder coated and screen printed for A&M, it was initially installed in Studio B before it was moved to Herb's private studio upstairs.

In 2010, the VCA system was bypassed and analog faders were installed. The new circuit was designed by Steve Firlotte of Inward Connections and implemented by Kevin Leonard. Now this console is nearly silent with all 32 faders up! Makes for some magical summing!
This console is in working condition. All components are included. No missing parts!
Buyer will be responsible for removing the console from my second story control room. It took a crane to get it in...I can help you arrange it.

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that all of the switches in the audio path to the stereo bus were replaced in 2013 and I have extras
